Malacca trip.

On the morning of 3rd June, Saturday, it was really cold. I don't really remember what I was wearing but I know it's nothing that could keep me warm throughout the whole journey to Malacca. Which is approximately a less than 3 hour trip at the speed my stepfather was driving... I really think I should have worn what Jannah has worn (below). Hahaha. It was actually a sweater that was for a trip to Hong Kong.

And then we're off and I held on to a bag of chips, chocolate milk (can never miss this) and my fully-charged iPhone to blast songs into my ears. (: The sun was really shining but my camera just sucks at capturing the rays. But the picture below is still good enough right? And fyi, the picture was taken while the car was going at a speed of probably 160km/h? So my camera lens keeps banging into the window.

First when we reached Malacca (we had a pit stop in between to have breakfast though) we made our way to a relative I didn't even know about to chit-chat. Only the old people were doing their talking while we munched on cookies and kuehs.

We then left with our relatives to another (unknown) relatives of ours wedding. And I have to say the food wasn't that bad. Hahaha. There was this umm, performance and the performers were wearing really weird looking head gears...

After the wedding under the hot sun even though it was actually sheltered, the strong heat can still be felt but is bearable though... (: Mum, aunt and I camwhored a little but don't worry, I've post only a picture with each different people so you won't see my badass ugly face much.

We left the place and went to check-in. The first thing we (the kids) did was to get into the pool! That was the only thing we could thing about in the hot weather with sweats trickling down our backs and faces.

That isn't my goggle if you guys were wondering!
But it's cute though?

Swim(ed) and then showered. We slept until it was time to get some dinner. We couldn't decide where to go but ended up having dinner at this place which only sells Yong Tau Foo. I'm not a fan and I have never eaten any before so it was my first time and I don't think it was too shabby. Plus, I think it's the best one in town because it was really crowded and just so noisy!

The appetizers were the usual otah-otah or is it otak-otak and a new one I've never tried before - steamed potato topped with lada putih or also known as white pepper I think? And I think it was really good! Very soft and tasteful. My vocabulary sucks. So I'm sorry if my descriptions are too general.

Yes, and then we went to a mart.
To get my cough syrup and it tastes like shit!

After that.., we went back home and I had a goodnight sleep. Thankfully without any disturbances! Phew. I would have died right there and then with a heart attack because someone was disturbed...

Next morning, we swam in the pool first thing in the morning and then grandma brought breakfast from the.., free breakfast thingy. I have no idea what's it called. So yeah. /:

We then went out to a shopping centre nearby to have late lunch. Nothing much to do there so we literally just go to shopping malls when there's nothing else left to do other than swimming. Hehe. (:

But when we were waiting till everyone had received their meal, I saw a couple of girls pushing a shopping cart up the escalator... WTF? Lol.

I seriously need to stop doing those pouts. Fuuuuuuuu!

Next we walked around. And then I saw a shop selling Spring Potato and I thought it looked like what Singapore calls Twisted Potato... It's massive. We bought 3 of those in BIG size. And I mean BIG! Hahaha. Or is the ones in Singapore bigger? I don't know... Haven't tried Singapore's. It was good! Now I'm craving for some... ):

And then we had to wait a little while
because Jasrah's diapers leaked. And that's
her pee.

After a while..., we went to the night markets by the roads because someone was looking for something. So we just walked around and bought food to bring back to the resort and eat(duh!) for supper?

Ahh, finally i'm done with the pictures. The next day, we swimmed as usual and went to another shopping mall to just look around and then at last! We headed for Singapore. Throughout the whole trip there, I only spent on chewing gums and a wristlet. (:

Phew. I'm tired. Another last post in a few minutesss.

xoxo.
